You get design revisions until you're happy with it. Once the design is approved and we're building, your quote covers a set of changes sized to the project, and anything beyond that is priced upfront so there are no surprises. And if the first design concept doesn't win you over at all, I refund your deposit and we part as friends.
Yes, for anything I build for you. Once the project is paid, the site or software, its code and your content are yours, with no lock-in and no hostage domains. If I set you up on an existing platform instead, that's a service you use, not software written for you, so there's no code to hand over.
A launch page takes about a week. A business website usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, and custom software depends on scope, which you'll see in your quote. I give you a date and keep it.
