Questions people ask before booking
How do I know what it will cost?
Every colour service starts with a consult where we look at your length, density and history, then give you one number. If the job grows mid-appointment, we stop and ask first. It never just appears on the bill.
What if I don’t love the colour?
Come back within 7 days and we’ll adjust the tone free of charge. Most fixes are a 30-minute gloss.
I’ve had a bad experience before. Can you fix it?
Colour correction is a third of what Noor does. We usually plan it in two shorter sessions so your hair stays healthy, and we quote both upfront.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, if you’re new to us or haven’t had colour in six months. It takes five minutes, 48 hours before your appointment, and it’s free.
Is there parking?
Two free spots behind the studio and two-hour street parking on Larkspur Lane. The 13 bus stops at the corner.
