What if it rains during the job?
We only open as much roof as we can close the same day, and we watch the radar. If weather turns, the deck is covered with underlayment before we leave.
Will you deal with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage with drone photos, meet your adjuster on site and send them a line-item estimate. You only pay your deductible.
Why is your quote higher than another one I got?
Check what's listed. Ours includes ice and water shield, full synthetic underlayment, new vents, flashing and disposal. Lower quotes often leave those out and add them later.
How long will my new roof last?
Architectural shingles typically last 25 to 30 years in our climate; standing-seam metal, 50 or more. Our workmanship warranty covers 25 years either way.
