Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You're billed after each cut and can pause or cancel by text. Most customers stay because the lawn looks better, not because they have to.
What happens when it rains?
We don't cut wet grass because it tears and ruts. Rained-out cuts are made up within 48 hours, and if we ever miss a cut entirely, your next one is free.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just leave the gate unlocked and the dog inside. We text when we arrive and when we're done, with a photo.
How do you get the stripes?
A roller on the back of the mower bends the grass in alternating directions, so light bounces off it differently. No paint, no tricks. We alternate the pattern each week so ruts don't form.
Is the calculator price the real price?
For about 9 in 10 lawns, yes. If your lawn is steep, has lots of beds to trim around, or is much bigger than estimated, we'll tell you the difference before the first cut.
