Cedar Hollow is on Hollow Line Road in Fernhill Township, west of Brookhaven. Quiet enough for owls, close enough for a university game or a dinner downtown.

- Quiet hours 10pm to 8am, so the owls can be heard
- No parties or events; max 4 guests in the Hemlock, 2 in the Loft
- Dogs welcome in the Hemlock, please keep them off the beds
- No smoking indoors; fire pit only in the ring, never in high winds
- Leave dishes done and trash in the bear-proof bin, we handle the rest
Questions guests ask before booking
Why is it cheaper to book here than on the big booking sites?
Those platforms add a guest service fee of around 12 to 15%. When you book direct, we pass that saving to you. Same cabin, same cleaning, same host.
Is booking direct safe?
Yes. Payment goes through a secure card processor, you get a written confirmation and receipt, and our cancellation policy is the same: full refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days.
Can we get there in winter?
The lane is plowed and salted before every arrival, and the Hemlock driveway is level. All-season tires are fine; you don't need 4x4.
Is there cell service?
Rogers and Bell work well at both cabins, and Starlink Wi-Fi covers inside and the porch.
Are the cabins good for remote work?
Yes. Each has a proper desk, a second monitor in the Hemlock, and Wi-Fi that handles video calls. Ask about our 5-night midweek rate.
